This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 190 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with all the conditions set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. 190 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by 190, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 190 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 190 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
The 190 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online entertainment platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 190 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. 190 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated rewards. 190 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing a first withdrawal.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
- Report to 190 support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
- Keep your account information up to date whenever your personal details change.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the 190 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or that compromises the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking attempts, manipulation of game systems, use of unauthorised third-party software, or any form of fraud.
The use of bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or to scrape data from the platform is strictly forbidden. 190 monitors user activity on a regular basis and reserves the right to take action against any account suspected of violating this rule.
Users are also prohibited from:
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of fraud or money laundering.
- Distributing offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content through any of the platform's communication channels.
- Registering using another person's identity or false information.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or system errors to obtain unauthorised credits or rewards.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 190 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means. 190 does not accept funds derived from any illegal activity.
Accepted payment methods include local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and BigPay, as well as approved local bank transfers. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
For withdrawals, users must complete a one-time identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are processed according to account tier priority and standard processing timeframes. 190 reserves the right to request supporting documents for high-value transactions to meet compliance requirements.
190 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or technical failures beyond the platform's control. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
The 190 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 190 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform.
190 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has breached any of the terms outlined in this document.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
- The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- Requests from relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
All content on the 190 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 190 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any content without prior written consent. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The 190 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 190 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
190 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after any changes are published will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
